My husband and I went in for restaurant week on a Saturday around 8:30 p.m. They had a couple bigger parties and a few tables, but otherwise weren’t too busy. We were seated right away. Our server, Cephus, was great. They were able to recommend a nice drink for me and seemed to always be there at the right time. Our food came out timely, not waiting too long between courses but also not feeling rushed or overwhelmed. The food was really delicious. I was happy with everything that was brought out. My husband also enjoyed his meal. I felt like the value was worth the price for a three course meal, and would definitely be interested in going back and trying their regular menu. Don’t let the strip mall exterior being next to a Jersey Mike’s fool you, the inside was beautiful. Nicely decorated with a cozy, but upscale feeling. Overall a good night out for us.

This restaurant is so cute, my cousin and I stopped by while in town for dinner. Nick our server was great. We also received a warm welcome upon entry. I ordered the short rib stroganoff and it didn't stand a chance. So good!! My cousin enjoyed her shrimp Diablo, it had a spicy kick. Finished off everything with a nice cheesecake. Overall we had a lovely experience.

From just watching from the bar, Nick a badass server deserves accolades for his impeccable service. Attentive and knowledgeable. We met for a friendly business dinner and the service was absolutely outstanding. From making reservations to saying goodnight every step was a pleasure. The food was good for Iowa. Better than most metro restaurants, but not something I'd say was excellent. The desserts were very good. Well executed and spot on. I'll certainly go back, but not somewhere I'd frequent.

The service was great, our waitress made very good recommendations without trying to upsell us on every dish. The drinks cocktails were well crafted and the old fashioned was served very well with the smoke, great presentation. Food was fantastic overall and the portions were a good size definitely not large. The one thing that could be better is the 90 dollar surf and turf dish could come with a better vegetable side dish of some sort. There was a tiny amount of mashed potatoes that the lamb was served on but more would be very welcome.
